With over 50 years of experience in development, legal representation, design, and management, the CPG Development team holds a strategic set of expertise designed to deliver unique value to its stakeholders.  Whether the project is large or small, the principals on the CPG Development team will be closely involved in every step throughout the development and management process.


Candy Munster

Candy has been immersed in multifamily, commercial, and residential real estate for over 38 years, and she has experience in all aspects of ground-up development.  Candy has completed projects in Texas, New Mexico, and Florida, and has extensive multifamily knowledge and expertise in design, management, and construction.

Along with the CPG team, Candy is working in all aspects of current projects, and her principal focus is on interior and exterior design.  Candy’s long-time, personal relationships with furniture and finish out suppliers allows her to add immense value to CPG Development projects through significant cost savings and economies of scale.  Along with a long history of interior design, Candy holds a general contracting license for residential and light commercial construction, and she managed her family’s HUD apartment project for over a decade before overseeing its eventual disposition a few years ago.

Candy graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics Education.  She has served on many charity boards and committees throughout her lifetime and enjoys playing classical piano, snow skiing, and cooking.


Preston munsteR

Preston is a real estate developer, attorney, and agent who specializes in income-producing properties and has extensive experience structuring and executing new multifamily development projects.  Before founding CPG Development, Preston was a practicing attorney at a large law firm in Dallas, and his work with clients centered on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of income-producing real estate.  Now, with CPG Development, Preston creates and implements the company's strategy for new apartment developments, including site selection, financial modeling, contract negotiation, capital raises, and entity formations.

Preston holds a Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law, a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University Rawles College of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.

Personally, Preston is an avid fisherman, traveler, and football fan, and his wife, Jamee, is in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company headquartered in DFW.


Grant Robinson

Grant is a real estate developer and attorney who represented a broad spectrum of clients in real estate transactions around the country before crossing over to the business side.  Today, Grant uses his specialized knowledge in contract negotiation, property diligence, and multifamily zoning and entitlements to manage the pre-construction process for CPG Development.  In addition to being actively involved in site selection and property acquisition, Grant works extensively with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, designers, and city officials to negotiate and obtain all entitlements needed to make each CPG project a success.

In his spare time, Grant enjoys fishing, golfing, and traveling with his wife, Claire, who works in the corporate office of the Dallas Holocaust Museum developing educational curriculum for schools across Texas.

Grant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from St. Edward’s University and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.  


Chase Munster

Chase is a real estate developer and project manager who combines his passion for multifamily development, prowess for managing people, and success in streamlining systems to produce efficient and unique real estate strategies and solutions.  He has been working in real estate and construction in different capacities for over 10 years, and, more recently, has focused on multifamily development and management strategy.  Chase plays a key role in CPG’s strategic analysis, process implementation, project scheduling, and close-outs, and he is an expert asset manager.

Chase holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship, from The University of Alabama.

Personally, Chase is a licensed private pilot with an affinity for travel and hiking.  He has a German Shepherd, named Luna, that he enjoys taking on all his adventures.
