The Mark at Midlothian is a 236-unit Class A garden-style development located in Midlothian, Texas, 22 miles southwest of Dallas. Consisting of 11 two and three story residential buildings, a spacious amenity center, detached garages and storage units, a luxury pool, and large private dog park, The Mark at Midlothian broke ground in early Fall 2018 and is expected to start leasing in late Summer 2019.

CPG rezoned the property to a PD in order to revise some of the base multifamily zoning requirements as they relate to The Mark at Midlothian project.
CPG worked with GC to overcome a significant construction delay caused by an unusually high number of rain delays in late summer/early fall 2018.
CPG worked closely with construction experts and GC to overcome difficulties associated with the impact of dense rock soils on deep sewer lines and underground utilities.
